Royal Mail has launched marketing packages for smaller firms – Marketing News – Thomson Local – Direct Marketing.

It is interesting to me that postal services on both sides of the Atlantic think they can do a better job than the public sector on these types of marketing services.

They should focus on delivery.  If the postal services deliver in a consistent and timely manner, the private sector will flow them the business – at no cost to the postal services.
