The problem that we were experiencing with the Customer Registration system that was impacting all access to the Business Customer Gateway has been resolved. The problem was resolved at approximately 4:45PM CT.

I wonder if the 443823 number is incremental, and indicative of how many times the Gateway has been inaccessible?  (Being facetious,  for those of you  taking me literally).
