The USPS consistently embarks on programs where the ROI is highly doubtful.  The manner in which Intelligent Mail was deployed comes to mind.

The current project with no clear ROI is called Streamlined Acceptance.  Industry groups working with the USPS are pushing hard to make sure that that benefits and the investment needed balance – on both sides of the equation.

Veterans Day
