EPF and RIBBS – Outage Notification

Primary Audience: All customers retrieving ACS fulfillments and/or other Address Management product updates from EPF or customers who utilize RIBBS for documentation and manuals

What: EPF and RIBBS will not be available on the dates and time referenced below: The systems will be down for network maintenance.

When: Thursday June 16, 2011 from 5:00PM to 11:00PM CDT
Friday June 17, 2011 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM CDT
Saturday June 18, 2011 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM CDT
Sunday June 19, 2011 from 12:00AM to 4:00AM CDT

Impact: Customers will be unable to retrieve fulfillments/product updates from EPF or documentation and manuals from RIBBS

What you need to do: Notify appropriate contacts to perform all product downloads outside of the outage periods.
