Performance-Based Verification Issues

I reported here last week that one of the issues from the PostalOne! Release 25 that was being reported had to do with the loss of PBV Performance Based Verification data, resulting in excessive in depth verification triggers to the Bulk Mail Entry Units. I received a communication from the PostalOne Help Desk today, confirming that there was a problem, and stating that the issue has been resolved:

“We experienced initial problems with performance based verification on Monday and Tuesday following the deployment of Release 25 (Nov 7). This problem caused excessive requests for verifications, MERLIN included. We were advised effective Wednesday, Nov 10 the problem had been resolved and back to normal working conditions. We have not been advised from our field or IT that there are any continued problems.

Acceptance employees should be performing verification based on PostalOne requests. If there are specific locations that problems are being reported we can look into them.
