PostalOne! Woes Continue

From the PostalOne Help Desk:

Attention PostalOne!® Users

We are still experiencing some performance issues. We are continuing to work these issues and are going to temporarily stop eDoc (mail.dat and mail.xml) processing to make a database parameter change to improve the overall performance for our users. We will send out an update once the parameter change has been completed.

PostalOne! Status

Although I haven’t seen official communications yet, I was able to log in to the Business Customer Gateway and access the PostalOne dashboard this morning, so perhaps PostalOne has been restored.  I will post anything that comes over from the PostalOne help desk.
