Live From National Postal Forum

I’m sitting in the Full-Service Intelligent Mail seminar on the first day of NPF.  It is incredibly interesting how the USPS “spins” the Full Service Intelligent Mail information.  At the beginning of the session, the US Census mailing was used as the example of a Full Service Intelligent Mail success story.  There were visibility-into-the-mailstream examples used, having to do with individual piece level tracking – which is NOT a benefit of Full Service Intelligent Mail.  Individual piece level tracking is available via Confirm, and it is NOT exclusive to Full Service Intelligent Mail.  Piece level tracking is available ONLY for Confirm subscribers.  Confirm is an add-on service available for use with BOTH Basic Intelligent Mail and Full Service Intelligent Mail.  It is not exclusive to, nor a benefit of, Full Service Intelligent Mail.

I’m looking forward to being in my company’s booth 422 to talk the mailing community in attendance, and use the opportunity to set the record straight with the facts.  Individual piece level tracking is a powerful tool, and a tremendous benefit when added on to either  Basic or Full Service Intelligent Mail.  Stop by and let us show you how.

More to come from Forum as the show goes on…
